Gold Medal Readers of Black Butte
Elementary School 2004-2005

On may 28th Black Butte School for our 15th year held the “Books and Beyond” Gold Medal Assembly to honor the students, staff and community members who participated in the home reading incentive program that began on September 1, 2004 and ended May 15, 2005, this year our theme was “Circus of Reading” next years theme will be kept a secret until School starts in August. In the meanwhile here are the medallists listed by classroom:

 Room 1:
Hannah Restivo, Wyatt Gordon, Amanda Quinn, Justin McGee, and Kristin Starks, she also received the honor of Most Pages Read.

Room 4:
Sonora Pack, Amanda Hamblin, Julee Garcia, Kristina Wilke, Spencer Weiss, Joey Murray, and Sean Cloud, he also received the honor of Most Pages Read.

Room 14:
Andrea Brewer, Armana Smith, Daniel Meyer, Dekota Carpenter, Faith Velador, Leann Gemini, Meryl Kraft-Kitt, Mikayla Irwin, Paul Stewart, Shyann Shackelford, Tia McLaughlin, Mrs. Whittaker, Jonathan Knecht who also received the honor of Most Pages Read, and Hanna Foreman who received the Most Improved Reader award.

Room 13:
Elliot Allen, Elleigh Andrade, Carlan Aronson, Billy Brooks, Foster Brovan, Aaron Ewry, Candace Irwin, Brooke Lee, Nikki Misner, Patrick Murray, Stone Pack, Mrs. Hickle, Angelina Garcia who also received the honor of the Most Pages Read, and Logan Ferree who also received the Most Improved Reader award.

Room 12:
Joshua Voigtman, John Herzog, Trevor Brook, and Seth Thompson who received the Most Improved Reader award.

Room 10:
Austin Lee received the Most Improved Reader Award.

Marcus Steinfeld, Tara Bruce, Colten Doelker, Kimberley Weber, Jake Mires, A. Nichole Turner, Brenna Gates, Katheleen Sweetwood, Sterling Johnson, Jensen-Marie Spear,and Sydney Lloyd received the Most Improved Reader.

Cheyenne Buchanan, and Alaina Howard who received the Most Pages Read award.Along with Staff members Trudy Martin, Carol Truby, Rich Rhodes and Diane McClean.
